Irresistible like a siren's song

Partenope was a beautiful mermaid. Desperate because Ulysses managed to resist his song, she threw herself against the rocks. Dragged by the currents towards the mainland, his body has been transformed into the stretch of coast where Naples stands today. Even now, "Parthenopean" is synonymous with "Neapolitan". In the suite dedicated to the legendary mermaid, you can breathe the magical and muffled atmosphere of an underwater kingdom. Colors and details wink at the marine world, in particular the texture of the wooden wall, which recalls the mermaid's tail. The presence of three works of art make this place unique: the terracotta sculpture by Stefano Mango, the gold leaf painting by Danilo Ambrosino and the innovative work of the artist Roxy in the Box: thanks to the lenticular photographic technique, here Partenope comes back to life.
