The new gourmet restaurant at de Bonart Naples, Curio Collection by Hilton, is envisioned as a refined synthesis of art, culture, local heritage, and uniqueness.

The name DESCHEVALIERS is inspired by Totem, a work by internationally acclaimed Neapolitan artist Sergio Fermariello, displayed in the hotel’s entrance lobby. It evokes the imagery of knights, conjuring a sense of journey, discovery, and exploration. The DESCHEVALIERS logo is an exclusive creation by Fermariello himself. Drawing inspiration from the knight figure—a universal symbol of strength and pursuit—it is rendered in a fluid and powerful line that transcends pure aesthetics. It tells a story of movement and discovery: a unique interpretation capturing the essence of the dining experience, where art and innovation come together.

Ambitious and visionary, Antonio Autiero has built a distinguished career across renowned kitchens in Positano and Rome. After contributing to the success of Enoteca La Torre at Villa Laetitia—awarded two Michelin stars—Autiero now brings his creativity, discipline, and passion to DESCHEVALIERS, chosen by Nino Di Costanzo as the restaurant’s Resident Chef. His cuisine is rooted in a deep respect for raw ingredients and elevated through meticulous attention to detail. With a signature blend of harmony, technique, and intuition, he aims to offer guests a truly memorable gastronomic experience.
